At Draxton Lleida, located in Cervera, we are looking to hire a recent graduate.
In this role, you'll get direct mentorship from experienced leaders and join a comprehensive, rotational training program that includes both local and international on-site experiences. The focus is split between building your technical skills and sharpening your leadership competencies. This is your chance to contribute to real projects, tackling complex challenges in a collaborative, innovative setting.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
- OEE Analysis and Process Improvement: Daily analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) (Quality, Performance, Availability) and leading PDCA cycles to implement continuous improvement actions, including Kaizen events, focused on boosting production performance and efficiency.
- Machining and Tooling Optimization: Controlling the cost and performance of tooling, assisting in tool testing, and verifying that machining dimensions comply with technical drawings and customer specifications.
- CNC Programming and Standardization: Analyzing and improving CNC programs and machining strategies, and creating Standard Work Procedures by identifying and documenting the most effective work practices.
- Automated Production Operations: Operating and optimizing automatic dimensional measuring machines and maintaining balancing machines within automated production environments, while applying Industry 4.0 technologies for improved traceability and control.
- Quality Management and Compliance: Participating in Quality Control activities on production lines, including dimensional verification and inspections, contributing to non-conformity analysis (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys), and ensuring active compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Technical Documentation and System Support: Collaborating on the creation of technical documentation like APQP and PPAP deliverables, and supporting various engineering and operational functions as required by the area's evolving needs.
💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education & Language: Proactive, adaptable, highly motivated individual with a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and high proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
- Logistics & Availability: Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle. Full-time availability is required, with an incorporation date in January 2026.
- Experience & Program Requirements: Maximum of 2 years of professional experience in the sector. Candidates must be available for travel and temporary residence abroad during the 12-month program. Key soft skills required include Adaptability, Resilience, Proactivity, Initiative, Communication, and Leadership.
