The focus is split between building your technical skills and sharpening your leadership competencies. This is your chance to contribute to real projects, tackling complex challenges in a collaborative, innovative setting.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:

Participate in design reviews using standardized checklists, contribute to the modification of part or tool 3D models, and prepare CAD file images for technical presentations and summaries.
- Simulation & Data Validation: Assist in correlating Magma filling simulation data with real-world casting results. Support the execution of casting or simulation trials and aid in data collection and the preparation of rejection reports for subsequent analysis. - Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Contribute to the analysis of production waste across plants and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reduction and optimization. Engage in cross-functional CI teams (involving Quality, Logistics, Production, and Maintenance) and assist in creating essential CI management tools, including templates, monthly reports, and documentation for general audits.
- Customer Claims and Corrective Actions: Contribute to the internal tracking of customer claims and their associated action plans. Monitor all corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) derived from the plant's quality indicators and track those resulting from both external system audits and internal audits.
- Quality Management System (QMS) & New Projects: Participate in new project quality activities, specifically by managing and controlling APQP documentation. Support the maintenance of the Group's QMS, developing and updating documentation (Quality Manual, Procedures, Process Management) in line with IATF 16949 requirements, and collaborate on the standardization and sharing of improvement actions across all plants.
💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education & Language: Proactive, adaptable, highly motivated individual with a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and high proficiency in English (B2-C1 level).
