Quality Manager
We are an industry specialized in the manufacturing of components for electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. We are supported by a team of 4,000 employees across 6 countries, operating in 13 production facilities and 3 engineering centers to serve more than 100 customers.

At Draxton Lleida, located in Cervera, we are looking to incorporate a Quality Manager.
In this position, the main responsibility is to define, develop, and implement the Quality Plan in accordance with the Quality Manual and the Procedures Manual, with the aim of ensuring the quality of products and processes, while fostering continuous improvement across the organization.
This position reports both hierarchically and functionally to the Plant Director.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
Lead the quality area, managing and developing the team.
Define and implement the quality system and plan, ensuring products and processes comply with standards.
Ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement by reducing defects and optimizing processes.
Manage the relationship with customers regarding quality issues and non-conformities.
Monitor quality KPIs, audits, and corrective actions.
Ensure quality in new projects (APQP, PPAP, etc.).
Report results and relevant issues to management and coordinate action plans.
💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality within the automotive sector.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of quality standards and tools (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP…).
English proficiency.
Profile with strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Good communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
🕵🏼 What we offer:
Permanent contract.
Full-time, 100% on-site position. Monday to Thursday: flexible start time between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., with departure from 5:00 p.m. onwards. Friday: intensive working hours. Flexible lunch break between 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes.
