At Draxton Brno , we are looking to incorporate a professional to take on the role of Environment, Health and Safety Specialist. In this position, your mission will be to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace by driving OHS standards, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting sustainable operations across the plant.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Coordination of activities related to Environment, Health and Safety Specialist (EHS) and Fire Protection

• Investigation and reporting of workplace accidents

• Communication with the Labour Inspectorate, authorities, and public administration bodies

• Participation in internal and external audits

• Management and updating of operational documentation, including responsibility for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Risk assessment in EHS and proposal and implementation of preventive measures

• Delivery of training sessions for employees

💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing company

• Knowledge of ISO 45001; ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification is an advantage

• Experience with mandatory EHS legislative reporting (accident reporting, Czech Statistical Office)

• Good knowledge of current EHS legislation

• Fluent in Czech

• Intermediate level of English

• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
