Junior Supplier Quality Specialist

We are an industry specialized in the manufacturing of components for
electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. With the support of
4,000 employees across 6 countries, operating in 13 production units
and 3 engineering centers, we serve over 100 clients.
At Draxton Barcelona (E&A Headquarters), we are looking to hire a Junior Quality Specialist.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
You’ll get familiar with key regulations such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, participating in audits, risk analysis, and action plan follow-up.
You’ll support the review of technical documentation (PPAP, PSW) and the validation of first samples for new projects.
You will help monitor quality and delivery KPIs, contributing to supplier performance evaluations alongside the purchasing team.
You’ll assist in managing quality incidents, non-conformities, and potential supplier escalations.
You’ll help improve the purchasing process by proposing new indicators and contributing to continuous improvement plans.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining supplier documentation, including quality agreements, certifications, ESG evaluations, and legal requirements.
💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A higher technical education background.

Advanced English level (B2 or above) – a technical test will be required.
- Key skills: organizational abilities, decision-making, flexibility, and strong communication.
🕵🏼 What we offer:
Continuous, role-specific training.
Flexible working hours Monday to Thursday (start between 8:00 and 9:00, with departure from 17:00).
Shorter Fridays: start as early as 7:30 and leave from 14:30 to enjoy a longer weekend.
Possibility of summer hours (July & August): 7:00 to 15:00.
6 remote workdays per month.
30.5 calendar days of vacation per year.
