At Draxton Lleida, located between Cervera and Tàrrega, we are looking to hire an HR Technician.

You will report hierarchically and functionally to the HRBP.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
- Develops workforce strategies alongside technical leaders, ensuring that
human resources contribute to meeting production goals through proactive collaboration with operations. - Ensures effective communication with plant personnel, addressing their
needs, and aligning priorities to enhance team satisfaction and productivity. - Supports the recruitment of plant personnel, managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies to ensure a qualified workforce.
- Collaborates in the onboarding process, welcoming new team members and helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Provides essential administrative support in labor relations, overseeing attendance tracking, absenteeism management, invoice processing, and production scheduling.
- Engages in day-to-day logistics and operational support, playing a vital role in the smooth functioning of HR-related processes in a dynamic industrial setting.
💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Labor Relations, Social Work, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR-related roles.
- Strong people orientation, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
🕵🏼 What we offer:
- Job Stability: Permanent contract backed by a solid financial environment.
- Full-time with flexible hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM/9:00 AM start, with the end of the day from 5:30 PM. Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
