At Draxton Teruel, located in Utrillas, we are looking to hire a Customer Quality Engineer. In this role, you will manage the quality of internally manufactured products and work closely with major clients in the sector.

This position reports directly to the Quality Director.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly reports on rejection rates in the plant and from customers to the Plant Quality Manager.
• In the event of a quality incident at the customer’s plant, contact the customer’s Quality Managers, detailing the affected reference, type of defect, and scope of the issue, while collecting all possible information.
• Implement containment actions at the customer's site, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and validate their effectiveness.
• Manage the selection of at-risk stock when needed, either by carrying it out directly or coordinating it with external support.
• Analyze customer returns according to procedures, determining acceptance, selection, or repairs, and coordinate with the customer for clarification if necessary.
• Perform defect analysis when required to support understanding and root cause investigation, leading to corrective actions.
• Participate in feasibility and project review meetings, reviewing applicable standards in advance.
• Follow up and prepare the necessary documentation for PPAP submissions.
• Oversee in-plant testing of new products, ensuring proper follow-up and verification.
• Present initial samples and obtain customer approval for homologation.
• Monitor active products by planning regular visits to customer plants.

• Technical background or education.
• High level of English.
